Good Weekend

I just wanted to write in connection with last blog that one good thing about this month is that one of my "adoptive daughters" is moving to Minnesota. Not that she is moving is good thing but that she is going to a school there. The Maxwell Family wish her all the best and that she will be in our prayers daily. We Love You Whitney!
Several people did send her off good, we had a party for her last weekend and it was great. We swam, we ate, we played games, we ate some more, and most of all we all had some great fellowship. Whitney again we love you and may God Bless You in everything you do.

A Sad August

Sorry its been so long since my last blog, but a few things has happened since the last one. they I wrote my last blog my father-in-law Ward Keith was put in the hospital. He then went into ICU and on Aug. 09, 2008 he went on to be with Lord. Ward Keith, Jr. was born on Aug. 23rd, 1939. He started the Crawford County Horseman's Assocication, was an avid worker, never took vacations, and was the best grandfather to our son Eli. The most amazing thing was that at his funeral his son Chris Keith sang "Go rest high on the Mountain" and he personalized it to say Dad in some parts of the song. Please keep our family in your prayers through this trying time. Our son has had the hardest time ever realizing that he is not coming back. He was with him everyday of his life. But the Holy Spirit has been good to us in giving us peace and comfort. Thank You Father God for the gift of the Holy Spirit. May God Bless you all.

In Loving Memory of Craig McNelly!!!

Sorry it has been awhile have had a few obstacles lately. I am dedicating this blog to a very very dear friend of my family, Craig McNelly. He was an awesome husband to Carol, the best father to Ben, Becky, Zack, Caleb, and Christianna. He taught Tony and myself alot about our God and what Christianity really is. His final resting place is not in Witchita, KS, but in his new digs up above with our Lord Jesus Christ. As I said in the guest book, this is not good-bye, but "See ya soon my brother". Craig was also the most amazing salesperson for Kirby vacuums. He could sell you one of them even though you really didn't need it. If you are reading this Craig was only 46 yrs old and ready to meet the Lord. I hope you are. James 4:14 "whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away. " So on that note, if your not sure, better find a bible!
