Changes are good!

We are going through major overhaul where I work at. (USA Truck) They are implementing a new strategy to get drivers home more often and to have them haul in the same lanes(same customers). Of course we have the ones that have been here since the company started and thinks things are good the way they are. I am liking the change and I look at this way, I still have a job to come to. Granted I don't like moving desk every 3 mths but they have ensured us that this is the last major change we do for a long while. My hrs are even going to change which I am excited about. I will be getting off earlier, but I will have to be here before the chickens even wake up. Again I think change is good. It keeps the monotony of this job exciting.
